Happy New Year!

I hope you're just as excited as I am to start the New Year off right.

It's a chance to start fresh, with new goals and dreams, and it’s also an opportunity to reflect on what was good about last year while making sure we don’t make any of the same mistakes again!

I'll be using this month to discuss how to use affirmations, meditation, and practicing gratitude to take action!

Today I want to talk about using Affirmations to take action and give you 5 affirmations to get you started on your journey to taking action!

Affirmations are a way of changing your mindset so that you can take action. They're like the opposite of negative self-talk—instead of telling yourself what you can't do, they help you think positively about what you can do.

Here are 5 affirmations that will help you take action in your life:

1) "I am worthy of success."

This is especially important if you're feeling stuck or unsure about whether or not your goals are realistic for where you are right now. Affirming that you know deep down inside that if anyone could succeed at something it would be YOU helps remind yourself that when things seem hard, it's worth sticking with them because success is possible!

2) "I am powerful."

Like the first one, affirming that deep down inside YOU know that nothing can stop YOU from achieving whatever YOU want in life is an incredibly empowering way for YOU to start taking charge of your life.

3) "I am successful."

This a simple way to remind yourself of the fact that YOU have already achieved great things in your life, even if they may not be as tangible or obvious as some other people's accomplishments, and that YOU will continue to do so!

4) "I am confident."

This one's especially important if you're feeling insecure about something in particular right now - affirming that deep down inside YOU know that no matter what happens today or tomorrow or next week, YOU are always confident about YOUR ability to get through anything in life throws at you!

5) "I am strong."

This is another great one when you're feeling vulnerable or weak - reminding yourself that YOU are strong, not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well, and no matter what happens today or tomorrow or next week, YOU will continue to be a source of strength for others around you.
