Sometimes you just don't feel like meditating.

You're tired, you're stressed, you've got too much on your plate, and all of a sudden sitting still for five minutes seems like an impossible task. But we're here to tell you that it's not! You can do this. It's just a matter of convincing yourself that it's possible.

Here are some tips for getting started:

1) Sit up straight. Sit in a comfortable position, but make sure that your spine is straight and aligned with gravity. This will help keep your mind alert and keep your body in the right position for meditation.

2) Focus on your breath. Focus on taking deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth while counting 1-2-3 with each breath cycle (or whatever number feels right to you). This helps clear out any lingering stress or anxiety in our minds so that we can focus on what really matters in life—our own health!

3) Think positive thoughts. Try to think about all of the things that make you happy, like a good book or your favorite sports team. This will help clear your mind and keep it focused on what’s important: living a healthy lifestyle!

4) Don’t worry about time. It doesn’t matter how long you meditate—just do what feels right for you at the moment.

Happy Monday!
