Today's Quote: “Do just once what others say you can’t do, and you will never pay attention to their limitations again.” ―James Cook How you see yourself is a reflection of how you see the world and how the world sees you. How to deal with self-limiting beliefs? There are two things worth noticing about this quote on self-limiting beliefs from James Cook: 1)The first one is that, every time you do something that others say that you can’t do, you are overcoming a self-limiting belief. 2)The second one is that, if you want to overcome self-limiting beliefs and become free from them, it’s critical that you do just once what others say that you can’t do. You will notice that in both cases, the most important thing here is your attitude towards life. If you believe in yourself, it doesn’t matter what others say. What matters is what you think and what you do to achieve your goals in life.
Think about:
What is one area where you feel like you have been limited? How can you break through this limitation?
